Most coaching relationships run between 3-12 months, depending on your goals and the depth of transformation you're seeking. We'll discuss the right timeframe during our initial consultation and can adjust as needed. Some clients choose to continue with periodic sessions after their formal engagement ends.
Absolutely. What we discuss stays between us. If your organization is sponsoring your coaching, we'll establish clear agreements upfront about what, if anything, will be shared (typically only high-level progress updates, and only with your consent). Your trust is essential to our work together.
Both! I work with clients virtually and in-person, depending on your location and preference. Virtual coaching offers flexibility and convenience, while in-person sessions can create a different kind of depth. We'll find what works best for you.
